Price

The menu price is the final price unless you approve a change by text before I start. If I miss my two-hour window, $25 comes off your visit.

Arrival-window credit

The $25 credit applies when I arrive after the confirmed two-hour window. It does not apply when access is unavailable, the appointment changes at your request, or severe weather and road closures make the window unsafe.

Workmanship warranty

12-month workmanship warranty on labor. Wet-area caulk is covered for 90 days when a bath fan or other ventilation is used.

The Done-Right Guarantee

If the work we agreed on isn't done right, I'll come back and fix it free. If I still can't make it right, I'll refund the labor.

Applies to the written scope for 12 months. Excludes hidden damage, materials you supplied, damage after completion, and normal wear.

Excludes hidden damage, access problems, and customer-supplied parts.
