When you send a request, I collect your name, phone number, email, address and ZIP, access notes, preferred date and window, and what you'd like done. I use it to plan and price the work, schedule the visit, reach you about your request, and keep a record of the job.

Property managers may also share company, property, and billing details so I can invoice and send vendor documents.

Photos and voice memos you upload are stored privately. Only I can view them, through links that expire. I use them to understand the job before I arrive.

Calls may be recorded so I can keep accurate notes about your request.

If you check the text-message box on a form, I'll text you about your request: appointment confirmations, on-my-way updates, quotes, and review requests.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Checking the box is optional and is not required to book.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
